A Summer Update from 'ThatHungryArtGirl'☀️

Hello one and all! I hope you're all having a relatively nice summer!

Apologies for the lack of posts and updates recently. It would seem that when you combine the day job with several D&D RPG sessions back to back, you unsurprisingly have very little time to make art! Who knew?

But as it's already the middle of summer, I though it best to send out this update to confirm my next event! I will once again be attending the Little Fox Charity Craft Fair at the Leeds Corn Exchange!

I'll be there on September 7th only, from 11am to 3:30pm, and I'll be bringing all my recent 'Fantasy Fungus' art prints, as well as the smaller 'Fungi Collective' series. There will be the option to pay by cash or card, and there will be plenty of other makers and crafters there you can support too!

I'm still looking into other events and fairs I could attend for the month of October, since mushrooms pop off in the Autumn, so subscribe to my blog to be the first to find out about any more events and art print launches for the rest of the year. I may even do another Etsy sale, so keep an eye out for that (probably sometime in October....shhh, it's our little secret).

Finally, I want to give a massive thanks to everyone who visited my Etsy Store on Yorkshire Day and bought something during my 3 day sale! It was great to see the traffic go up, and it's started to boost my visibility enough to reach people who've never met me and just really appreciate my work for what it is. Honestly, it's a bit surreal as I've only ever been used to selling work to friends and family, and with more art going out than ever before, it's incredibly humbling and encouraging! So, if you've made a purchase recently, in the past, or you just like what I do, I'd really appreciate it if you gave my store a rating and review if you've not done so already! It's what helps independent artists like myself to keep doing what we're doing, and it should hopefully help boost my store in that pesky little algorithm! Ahh the joys of social media and technology.....
